Jude Law and Sienna Miller are making their move.

The London Daily Mail reports that the 28-year-old actress put her London digs up for sale so she can move in with her former fiance. In fact, it seems that she’s pretty much already living with him.

“Sienna has already moved most of her stuff into Jude’s place which is very close by,” a friend told the Mail. “She spends every waking moment with him and that’s the real reason why she wants to get rid of the Maida Vale place.

“They are back on track and living together is the next step. They had an amazing holiday at Christmas and made a decision to commit to one another.”

Miller famously broke off her engagement to Law after he made headlines for cheating on her with his children’s nanny in 2006. But the two came together again last fall in New York when they were both appearing on Broadway, he in “Hamlet” and she in “After Miss Julie.”

The Daily Mail reports Miller’s family is wary of Law, 37, this time around.

“Jude has vowed that his cheating days are behind him and Sienna has begged her family to give him the benefit of the doubt, even though he let her down last time,” the friend adds. “She wants them to accept her relationship with Jude but they care for her and don’t want her to get hurt. They think Sienna should take things slowly.”

Last week, the couple reportedly had dinner with Miller’s sister, Savannah.
