THE day after we observed that American country sensation Taylor Swift was yet to venture outdoors for some downtime on her hectic Australian tour, she was seen without her minders on the beach at St Kilda.

The young megastar, who picked up an incredible four Grammy Awards in last week’s ceremony, then put on a show that the locals will be recalling for years.

She danced gaily about in the waves in a display that was slightly corny yet entirely abandoned.

The gorgeous 21-year-old and two girlfriends were earlier seen wandering through St Kilda – “flirting”, say sources, with local lads.

By the time they reached the beach they were skipping.

Swift, a Catholic girl from Tennessee, even looked to take a few moments to give it up for Jesus. And why not?
